Congratulations. Your business has grown to the point that you need dedicated web hosting to handle the traffic demands on your website. But now you have to find the right service. In our review of web hosting services, we found LiquidWeb to be the best for dedicated web hosting. More information on LiquidWeb.

There are many considerations when choosing a dedicated hosting service, price being among them, particularly for smaller businesses that may find the costs of dedicated hosting prohibitive. Beyond price, though, you'll want to consider customer support, scalability, security, disk space and bandwidth.

With all this in mind, we combed through some of the biggest names in the industry, including Rackspace, GoDaddy Dedicated, HostGator Dedicated, Amazon AWS and 1&1 Hosting.

We selected Liquid Web as the best dedicated hosting provider for small businesses for several reasons. To start, Liquid Web's customer support is among the best in the industry. The company promises assistance in less than a minute by phone or chat, and less than 30 minutes when you submit a help desk ticket.

A review by PCMag referred to Liquid Web as "one of the most powerful web hosts PCMag has reviewed, and it's a clear Editors' Choice for enterprise-level web hosting."

And as Miguel Angel Vargas Cruz wrote on, "Have a great price for their solutions. I have a dedicated server; the Xeon processors, backups, bandwidth, RAM and solid-state hard drives are cheap; and the OS and software offered are good enough. Good support. Their support is really heroic. ... Performance. The best part is their first byte connection."

Be prepared to pay for Liquid Web's power and support, though. Dedicated server hosting begins at $199 per month, offering 4 cores at 3.4 GHz and 16GB RAM, 2 x 250GB SSD primary drive, 1TB SATA backup drive, 5TB Bandwidth. And, of course, what Liquid Web refers to as "the most helpful humans in hosting."

Of course, if you're looking for more performance, it's there. For $569 per month (introductory offer), you'll get 4 cores at 4.2 GHz, 64GB RAM, 2 x 480GB Enterprise SSD primary drive hardware RAID 1, 1TB SATA backup drive, 5TB bandwidth, integrated Intel HD graphics P630 GPU, 1TB Guardian backups, advanced DDoS protection, ServerSecurePlus and cPanel/WHM or Plesk Onyx.

If you aren't quite ready to jump to dedicated hosting, Liquid Web also offers VPS hosting at a fraction of the cost, starting at an introductory $29.50 per month for your first three months. You'll get 2 vCPU, 40GB SSD disk space, 10TB transfer. This is only available for Linux, however. There's no Microsoft option.
